1 Acceptance of Terms

• Step 3 – Legal Proceedings: Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Claims must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised beyond this period may be rejected.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The operations of bmw5533 are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any provision of these Terms found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
